Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $24.99 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
Free Shipping: Orders of $25 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Service Area: Free and flat rate shipping apply only to the contiguous United States.
Other Shipping Options: Express and expedited shipping are available at standard carrier rates.
International Orders: Standard carrier rates apply. Buyers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees. RETYZ does not cover these charges.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective by RETYZ.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact RETYZ for a prepaid return label or replacement instructions.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
